A FEW OF MY FAVOURITE THINGS...

WOOHOOOO! Can I get a WOOP WOOP!!!! Thank you very much!!!  Because 2000... that's right, I said TWO THOUSAND is in the house!  Thanks to all of you who have come to visit me here at Curves... I'm pretty excited about that so sorry but here goes again WOOOO.... and can I get a HOOOOO!

love 'Ifie' ( yes Ifie, I named my iPhone, she's my  new bestie) I'm still a bit 'so-so' on the battery life, it's definitly improved from when I first got her, but I still have to charge her everyday... maybe that's just something you have to accept when you have a mini computer in your handbag... (note to self; invest in a car charger) And I am hanging out to get a new dress for 'Ifie', I could get her a whole new wardrobe at this cuteness scale... check these baby's out from ebay... I'm going to bid on the red and teal polkadot one's cos they're totally ciii-ute!

Anywhooo... here are a few of my favorite moments and 'Ifie' picts of the week...

Monday
Clogs again, Mrs H in hers and me in mine...

...also the family  Monday meal deal from pak n save supermarket this week was 'Porterhouse steak, chips, eggs and onion all for $12.98!  We added a bit of green with Mr C's last broccoli of the season from his garden... Yum-oh!

Tuesday;
A fav cafe, Cafe Trocadero and a mama and miss date... an afternoon treat with just one daughter (imitating goldfish and shhhh don't tell the other two lol)

Wednesday;
I've been daydreaming alot lately about new stuff, new furniture always features in a lead role these days... a big, soft, puffy couch... I found this one in the fancy furniture store 'Country Life', love it, however I would love it even more if it were a corner suite.

Thursday;
look!!! Abie and Sirius sharing a little bowl of milk, and to think they didn't used to like each other, they're good friends now, humans could probably learn alot from these two, I prefer sharing a hot choclate to hissing at each other... lol...

Friday;
I used my sister's GHD to straighten my hair and I'm amazed at how long it has grown since the last time I straightened it...

Last Saturday;
breakfast at McD's its always a winner, especially after the kids have had morning sports, this particular breakfast was preceeded by a game of 'modified softball'...

This Saturday...
Today, It's pouring, so Mr C lit the fire and I organised a sweet little brunch...

So now for the apology... today was meant to be my first $20 vintage makeover and photo shoot... hooray! But then it rained... BOOOO! and rained HARD... and I thought we can still do this, its all good... but after contacting the '4 sisters' we all decided to hold off... so SORRY... I know I have been looking forward to finally doing this and getting the picts done and posted but we'll all have to wait just a little bit longer...

I found some great new blog buddies last night...

I'm really liking this cute blog Dandelions and kisses... Making friends with this little family The Workman's... And adoring this gorgeous home Princess Pookie's beautiful Castle...
I'm Loving Princess Pookie's bedroom so much that I ran out and brought a white (slight cringe yes... white) duvet cover (The Warehouse and %40 off yay!), a dark blue round cushion and a square yellow cushion for my bed.  Today at church I asked one of the Super Nannies to knit me a big colourful blanket to fold at the bottom of my bed, I'm going to buy her some wool tomorrow, so I get to choose the colours and they are going to be all the colours of Princess Pookie's fabulous quilt... I'll post picts of my new handmade blankie when I get it yay!  And don't get me started on the white cabinet, talk about furniture lust!!!

I'm seriously looking foward to showing you my $4 vintage dress for my SUPER SUNDAY post on Tuesday and I'm going to introduce you to my little sister Miss Parnz...

See you Tuesday
